At Sleepurity, we are committed to providing products designed to help improve sleep quality and overall rest. We stand behind the effectiveness of our products and encourage customers to use them for a minimum of 14 days to experience their full benefits.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, orders typically enter processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident in the quality and performance of Sleepurity products. For best results, we recommend using the product for at least 14 consecutive days before deciding to return it.
If you are still unsatisfied, you may return your item within 60 days of delivery. Please note that any original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure all products are packaged securely. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken upon delivery. Minor packaging damage (such as dented or scuffed boxes) that does not affect the product itself is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contactsupport@sleepurity.com. with a clear photo of the damage. If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.
Shipping & Delivery
While we work hard to ship orders promptly, Sleepurity is not responsible for shipping delays that are outside of our control, including delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen logistical issues.
Once an order has shipped, the courier is responsible for delivery. Sleepurity is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
