At Sleepurity, we’re happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders.
Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible while keeping you informed every step of the way.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is officially in transit.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched and depend primarily on your location and the carrier handling your shipment.
Typical delivery timeframes are as follows:

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak periods, holidays, or due to weather, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control. International shipments may also be subject to customs delays, which can extend delivery times beyond estimates.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays or order cancellation.
If our system detects a potential address issue, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we do not receive a response within that timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at contactsupport@sleepurity.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Delayed Delivery
While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

Address verification or payment issues
If we become aware of an issue that may delay your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. Please note that Sleepurity cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by external factors, but we will always do our best to assist and keep you informed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is outside of our direct control. If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at contactsupport@sleepurity.com and we’ll assist where possible.
We recommend also contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as most carriers require this step for lost or stolen packages. We are happy to follow up with the carrier on your behalf and provide updates.
Please note that Sleepurity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these cases fall outside our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
In rare cases where a package cannot be located, the courier may require a police report to proceed with their investigation.
